Başiskele’nin Genc-i Ala’sı TEKNOFEST’te
YerelBAŞİSKELE BELEDİYESİ, DÜNYANIN EN BÜYÜK HAVACILIK, UZAY VE TEKNOLOJİ FESTİVALİ OLAN TEKNOFEST 2023’TE YERİNİ ALDI.
Known as world's largest aviation, space and technology is regarded in Istanbul with the world's largest aviation and space technology festival in Teknofest 2023.
Uneven rainfall due to opening to the opening of the Festival in rainy weather, will continue until May 1. Festivals, included from technology competitions of the fair activities to Aviation Fair, will give visitors from the sky from the display and every aspect of technology in to the House of Science, where the small better known as Ala Ancient will also stand.
Whilst continuing to support the young and the young model which is Youth Development Model has been awarded, the Youth model is also continuing to participate in various youth festivals. Youth model is representing Turkey as a century of architects to see and touch the future in the heart of all the young at the event and on the stand, the young visitors to the Genç-i Ala stage, the use of Turkey Children University robot coding, 3D printer and scientific research is closely followed, a variety of scientific workshops also had fun and learned. They also distributed gifts to visitors of the stand.
City of Justice immortalises their presence at the 4th Anadoluhisarı Expo through the street art which was created especially for the event. Telling the history of the land which the Belgrad Forest is situated on, with street colours, cartoonish images and ideas spread all across the forest. They have given life to a time when Aydos and Pterodactyls walked among us, life with other mythical creatures, dragons and dinosaurs all come to life in the city.
Held in Kartaltepe on the site of an ancient acropolis called Celaenae, the presentation showcased Turkey's historical sites (the castles, churches and other historical remains) almost lost in time.
Anadolu Hisarı, the courtyard in front of the Beyazıd Palace which had its completion conducted during Mehmed II's reign who was the Ottoman Sultan from 1444 to 1446 and then 1451 to 1481, was chosen to create pieces which were reminiscent of the historic times and coincidence, which was the name of the exhibition 'Concept Nostaljı 1914-2014’, with the pedestal in the form of a castle tower at the centre around which the pieces were created and the exhibition was designed.
In recent days we have seen many exhibitions, which could be generally called the art exhibitions which have been held in alternative spaces and more contemporary structures however, the people of Istanbul will have a chance to visit what will be a never ending exhibition. The exhibition will feature historic photos and pieces of artefacts that will enlighten and give the Istanbul people a chance to obtain information about Istanbul's history, the associates that will be present, all of the important people and the historical people of Istanbul such as Sultan Mehmed II, his son Bayezid II, famous poet Seyh Galip, and also the views of the sea in those times and how the roads, bridges, ships and homes fit together and how the city infrastructure developed through photographs, drawings, pieces called paraphernalia and more.
The teams sent by the 5 teaching staff of Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University and 975 Art school Kollej, Middle East Technical University and Abant İzzet Baysal University in Bolu worked together to create a monumental work of public art that was exhibited in Beyoğlu, which was titled Gökleyen Asar (Nebulous Hourglass) and saw two hourglasses be left in darkness inside an old house completely picked up, and using only those objects and pieces left in the dark house for support, full of history which has been making men crazy.
Planning the events to be carried out by the kids and integrating them into the holiday calendar was also important for parents, where kids nowadays feel tired easily and need to be taken away from their electronic devices such identities found a welcoming embrace. The defunct space named Nakhichivan was chosen for the event, which was held freely with the support of the Municipality from the beginning to the end. What started with preparing mats for the children to play on with the collaboration of various organisations in the framework of social responsibility projects, then continued to various plastic arts activities, projects for tree plantings and caring for the environment and then started hosting cultural events and field days on weekends and centres to provide after school activities for children and also provide an opportunity for them to learn new skills such as dance and reception onto Kısa Tozan which is the initation of Turkey's sport Balyoz, all under the motto of Weekends Are For Kids.
There was also a cake exhibition participated in by bakers on behalf of Büyük Kardeşler Yemek Sandviş, sponsored by Africa Channel and with the support of the Municipality,
