As I was writing this I heard the news that Russia just announced to conduct war games in the Black Sea together with its few allies: Turkey and Ukraine, both NATO members hostile to the US and to western countries, thus ensuring tension in the region.
But that coordination was announced after the "crimes" I was talking about.
This reelection procedure is not easy under the US pressure prevailing since super power Russia interfered in the outcome of the US presidential elections. Washington made known its full discontent and threatened Russia with sanctions. But Moscow did not expect the level and energy of threats it is currently facing. The CIA in particular has increased its harassment of Russia, its Ambassador and embassy employees and even ex and still serving military personal. But threats are not enough.
Russia is preparing to escalate conflict (possibly a radio mediated one) involving Rival State 194 (Misurata aka Tuareg aka Tuareg Hausa) based in Balhosses Libya that approaches South Tunisia and Tripoli.
When the Venezuelan President Maduro had to cancel his visit to Rostov-on-Don because of the continuous US threats and impossible demands involved, Russia was left alone to organise an international counter terrorism conference on December 2 2017.

This counter terrorism gathering tried to obtain the support of Russia's neighbours, including Turkey, Iran and right from the beginning: Syria. Nothing more than symbolism was achieved on the first day, Russians at least expect something concrete when the summit is concluded on December 3, 2017, as the US side announced that it was freezing its participation because:
"We have informed the Russian government that we believe holding this conference at this time will not contribute to an International Dialogue on Migration and Development."
I have been following the Syrian war since the beginning, and I have to say that no actor, not even the Palestinian GOL that murdered hundreds and thousands of Palestinians in the 70's and 80's with US knowledge, could prevent the continuity of the war: long enough to exhaust any party involved. Now silence has fallen over the armed terrorists who were attempting to control cities and territory (i.e.seize territory and make impossible the living of civilians).
Russian ability to bring peace to the bordering countries of the Syrian war makes the US ill, worried the EU and other US allies worried, which all have been involved in the war against the Syrian people. What is left of the armed gangs and their rendezvous nightmares?
